Report a Non-Emergency Incident

For minor, non-active incidents where no immediate police presence is required.

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. This form is for non-emergency incidents only — situations where the incident has already concluded and no suspect is present.

What qualifies as a non-emergency report?

  • Vandalism / graffiti (discovered after the fact)
  • Theft where suspect is no longer present
  • Harassing phone calls or messages
  • Found or lost property
  • Minor traffic accidents (no injuries, not blocking roadway)
  • Suspicious activity that has already stopped
