Citations & Fines
You can pay online 24/7 at the online citation portal, in person at the Municipal Court Clerk's Office (125 W. McIntosh St., M–F 8am–5pm), or by mailing a check/money order with your citation number.
Unpaid citations may result in late fees, a bench warrant for your arrest, and suspension of your Georgia driver's license. Contact the court clerk at (478) 414-4001 if you need to make payment arrangements.
Yes. Do NOT pay the citation if you wish to contest it, as payment constitutes an admission of guilt. Appear in court on or before your court date. Contact the clerk at (478) 414-4001 to confirm your date.
